The library’s collection of physical (print) books is in what libraries call the “stacks.” Here on the second floor, you can find books with call numbers beginning with A through PN. You can find information about call numbers on our library website and by watching this brief instructional YouTube video. Remember, the library also has many more books available in electronic format, which you can find in the Novanet catalogue.
Group Study Rooms are spaces that Saint Mary’s students can book for small group study. Bookings are limited to two-hour blocks of time, with a limit of two bookings per day (per student). You can book a student study room now! Learn more about the library's group study rooms by visiting the "Book a Student Study Room" page or watching this brief instructional YouTube video.
These computer workstations are available for searching Novanet, which is the library catalogue. There are Novanet tutorials on the library website for guidance on how to search. You can always ask a member of the Research Help team for assistance with searching! There are two Novanet computer workstations on the library's second floor, as shown in this brief instructional YouTube video.
