CELA services are available for people with a print disability living in Canada.

CELA at Halifax Public Libraries

The collection contains described videos as well as books, newspapers, and magazines in audio, e-text,and braille formats in both English and French.
You are eligible to borrow from the CELA Collection, if you're a Library member with a print disability and you live within the Halifax Regional Municipality.
