Chicago Style

Some departments may accept Turabian style in place of Chicago style, since the two styles are very similar. See tab "Turabian Style". When in doubt, be sure to check with your instructor.

Turabian is based on the Chicago Manual of Style, with modifications for student writers. When completing assignments, always check with your instructor as to which style they prefer.
