Sport is a space possessing a permissive rape culture due to its masculine culture, and male-dominated professions have higher levels of sexual harassment and incivility compared to those industries that are gender equal or female-dominated. This research examined sport management students’ education and training on sexual harassment and sexual assault. Findings demonstrate that less than 50% of students are exposed to education on sexual harassment (46.1%) or sexual assault (35.9%) in the classroom, and less than 40% are exposed to training on sexual harassment (39.6%) or sexual assault (28.4%) in the internship setting. Students may be entering the professional workforce without the proper knowledge and training in regards to these issues.

An exploration of student learning for sustainability through the WikiRate student engagement project (2019)
This paper highlights that WikiRate is a pedagogical innovation that develops knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSA) for sustainability. The WikiRate pedagogical innovation is helpful in developing a sustainability mindset. Responsible Management Educators should use more the student's voice to understand what students learn from different pedagogies.

Social Media for Social Good: Student engagement for the SDGs (2019)
This paper presents and reflects on the evolution of an innovative, interdisciplinary module which engages undergraduate students with a range of non-profit actors, working in teams with the aim of developing and deploying business skills for social good The module combines experiential learning with service learning, and has proven to have very positive outcomes for students, partner organisations and the Business School, University and teaching team. We describe the context in which the module was developed, how it evolved over time, and its impact both within and outside of the University. The module is contextualised by reference to the PRME Principles and the commitment of the Business School, a PRME Champion Institution, to the realisation of the SDGs. Data is drawn from pre- and post-delivery surveys over a three year period as well as the student voice in the form of reflective journals and end-of-semester submissions and feedback from partner organisations. The offering is described at a level of detail intended to enable other institutions to replicate or develop this model further.

Education for sustainable development through business simulation games: An exploratory study of sustainability gamification and its effects on students' learning outcomes (2019)
Education for sustainable development (ESD) is gaining increased attention in tertiary education. According to the literature, ESD affects not only the content of education, but also its process and outcomes. This requires a new learning culture based on participative processes and new teaching techniques. Among the different methods and techniques as typologized by Figueirò and Raufflet (2015), action and experiential learning methods offer a promising approach for teaching sustainability. However, no previous studies have empirically addressed the effects of this approach on sustainability learning outcomes. For this reason, with the objective of understanding the potentials and limitations of such methodology, this paper presents an exploratory study of a teaching experience based on the action and experiential learning approach, and in particular on the simulation game technique.
